We understand that unexpected issues can arise and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. There is a $50.00 per 15 minute fee for appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours or if you do not attend your appointment. This fee needs to be paid prior to booking your next appointment and does not attract a Medicare rebate.
